
Together with Agência Gringa, I had the opportunity to lead the creative and artistic direction for Mon Faro — a high-end real estate project that redefines elegance and sustainability. Formerly known as MPA Incorporadora, the brand marked its 18th anniversary with a bold move: a complete rebranding and the launch of one of the largest developments in Serra Gaúcha. Inspired by the symbolism of a lighthouse, Mon Faro was created to guide and illuminate — both conceptually and visually — setting a new standard in the regional real estate market. From its refined iconography to the strategic use of light as a visual element, every detail reinforces its role as a beacon of transformation and future-forward living.
